RED Entertainment decided to fuse the ‘From Jazz with Love’ event that was our initiator and motivator for our company, with our other signature event “Kiss My ART Festival” to create the ‘From Jazz with Love’ Music Festival. This event was staged at the HJ Water World (new venue located in Providence, East Bank of Demerara) on September 26, 2015.
From Jazz with Love Music Festival was an evening of funky jazz, soul and art from across the region! The event featured Tessanne Chin from Jamaica, best known for winning Season 5 of NBC‘s reality TV singing competition The Voice. Our event also featured Arturo Tappin of Barbados, who is considered by most to be the smoothest and most soulful saxophonist in the Caribbean with his unique funky jazz, a healthy dose of Caribbean soca and reggae to boot!
In addition, our event featured artistes from Guyana, such as a young local band named Collage, Bravo Arts and Classique Dance Company performed an exhilarating body art performance and Shimuel Jones painted a masterpiece of the lovely Tessanne Chin live! Jazz, soul and art lovers thoroughly enjoyed the entire production of the event and they cannot wait for the next one!
